Post Your Business Opportunity Squeeze Page Here, FREE!

I am always asked by my clients to evaluate their websites and squeeze pages (also called landing pages, and "opt-in" pages) and I do for a fee. However, because you found this post I will evaluate your page when you leave the link in the comments area (I do moderate all comments before they are published so there isn't any "crap" and avoid "viruses" etc.). Feel free to leave as many pages for me to evaluate as you would like and as a reader, I encourage you to visit the pages which are linked and consider joining the opportunity if you desire!

Here are the main points:

Have an opportunity? List it here, FREE!
The only caveat is that the squeeze page will be evaluated and my comments will be published so you need to have a "thick skin"!
The benefit is that you'll get free exposure to your business opportunity (and or website; but please give us the link to your contact page only).

I look forward to seeing yours soon!

I found this one on the web recently (I will sometimes share those I "stumble" upon).

With this page, it took quite a while to "load". That's a big no-no. People don't "wait" for pages to load; they will move on within 3 seconds!!! Here's one reason why pages load slowly: pictures. You either too many or too large of picture files. Reduce both. Be discriminating with what pictures to use and not to use. In this landing page, I don't know if the actual video is on this page (which it doesn't need to be since the reader has to "opt-in" first to watch it) so I would recommend just having a "picture" of the video on the page; not the actual video which requires so much "loading" time.

Next, (you'll have to click on the image to enlarge it to see this) in the address bar it states: "mycapturepage.com/glenco". OK, how many of you want to be "captured"? My strong suggestion would be to change that!

With anything; whether it's an ad, speech, eBook, conversation, sales transaction, etc. the main formula is "always consider the audience". So this thought should be foremost in designing this page. In the above page ask yourself if you are the "audience", would you place your name and email in the box? As the designer of the page you need to have just enough information to evoke interest and curiosity to get people to move to action; place their name and contact info in the box.

There's probably more that I could express here to improve the page but this is enough for today. I hope you found something here that you can use to improve your pages. And I also hope you'll take advantage of the power of listing your link here on this blog and not only have my comments but also to have many others see you link for you product, service, and business and maybe even become interested and you'll get a sale, or new recruit... all at no cost!!! Just as long as you don't mind me sometimes being brutally honest to improve your landing page, this can be a great way to promote your business.

Make it a great day!
